Sally's Approach
I recognise that Pilates and yoga may seem intimidating for beginners, especially if you feel your flexibility or fitness levels are not where you’d like them to be. The beauty of my Pilates classes is that there is no right or wrong way to begin — you simply cannot be bad at it.
This is a safe practice suitable for all people, irrespective of their health status or level of physical activity. It may help improve joint conditions, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, back pain, digestive function, and symptoms of anxiety and depression.
