Sally's Approach
I understand that pilates and Yoga can be an intimidating place for those that are new to the practice particularly if you’re not that flexible or feel like you’re out of shape. But the most wonderful thing about my pilates classes is that you can’t be bad at it.
Core Values: Faith, Compassion, and Togetherness
It genuinely is a safe practice for all, irrespective of your health or sportiness and it can do wonders for joint issues, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries, back pain, digestion, anxiety and depression.
